Each file is designed to remind those who are struggling that they are not alone, and that healing is possible. Whether you're printing for personal inspiration or spreading the message in your community, our downloads are here to uplift, inform, and empower.

Our download policy is simple and straightforward. Once you purchase a digital design from Happy Healthy Heads, it is available for immediate download. Should you encounter any issues with the download, please contact our us for assistance.
Digital File Refund Policy
At Happy Healthy Heads (H3), some of our products are delivered digitally. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file(s) has been delivered.

While we cannot issue refunds on digital files, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We're happy to:
Fix any spelling or grammar mistakes in your file(s).
Resend the file(s) if there are issues with downloading.
Answer any questions about how to use or print your file(s).

Return & Refund Policy for Printed Posters
Damaged or Misprinted Posters: If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us with clear photos within 30 days of deliver. We'll work with Printful to issue a replacement or a full refund.

Change of Mind or Order Mistake:
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for "buyers remorse" (e.g., wrong size ordered, changed mind). All posters are custom-made on demand, so we only accept returns at our own discretion and expense.
